Overview

Join Xerox's Digital Sales team as a Client Manager, where you will own and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts across the U.S. In this quota-bearing role, you will drive renewals, expand solution adoption, and deliver value-driven outcomes by helping clients optimize their print and digital workflows. Manage the full sales cycle for an assigned portfolio, driving renewals, growth, and solution expansion Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach, virtual meetings, and on-site engagements Assess client needs and align Xerox solutions to improve print performance and support digital transformation goals Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM documentation to support data-driven decisions Leverage digital tools and analytics to deliver compelling, client-focused presentations and proposals What You Need to Succeed

Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets in a quota-bearing role Ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships through active listening and collaboration Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to align solutions to client and business objectives Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Teams, and data analysis tools A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong organization and attention to detail How We Set You Up for Success
