We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to joinour team at Roomi Group Corporation.
Responsibilities:
Reviewproject plans, specifications, and client communication to determineproject scope and requirements.
Utilizeestimating software and tools to create take-offs and proposals based oncompany SOPs and protocols.
Identifypotential risks and challenges that may impact project costs andschedules.
Respondto client requests for breakouts, SOVs, VE’s, pricing adjustments,escalations, and other scenarios.
Requirements
Bachelor’sdegree – preferably in construction management, Civil Engineering, or arelated field (or equivalent experience).
5years verifiable experience as an Estimator and/or reading constructionblueprints on a daily basis.
Verystrong proficiency in reading blueprints.
Verystrong proficiency in using software – estimating software, Excel, Wordand PDF readers.
Detailed,organized, and precise.
Strongverbal and written communication and interpersonal skills for effectivecollaboration with stakeholders.
