Oklahoma Chiller is in a high-growth phase and looking for a Director of Information Technology to serve as a strategic partner to our Executive Leadership Team. This role is critical to scaling our operations, integrating acquisitions, and modernizing how our teams work across the organization. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of our enterprise technology stack, from ERP and CRM to cybersecurity and data visibility.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will shape systems, teams, and processes from the ground up. You will help drive operational excellence, standardize platforms across operating units, and ensure Oklahoma Chiller is positioned for long‑term scalability and success.

ABOUT THIS ROLE You will serve as the senior IT leader for Oklahoma Chiller, responsible for both strategic direction and day‑to‑day execution of our technology infrastructure. This is a builder’s role, ideal for someone who can create structure, drive adoption, and lead through growth and change.

You will oversee internal IT operations, manage key vendor relationships, and lead technology due diligence and post‑merger integrations for add‑on acquisitions. Your focus will be on standardizing systems, improving visibility across the business, and enabling leadership with real‑time data and insights.

You will work closely with executive leadership, operating company leaders, and external partners to ensure technology is a growth enabler.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Define and execute a long‑term IT strategy aligned with Oklahoma Chiller’s growth objectives

Lead digital transformation initiatives to replace manual and fragmented processes

Oversee and optimize core enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, project management, payroll, and communications platforms

Design, implement, and maintain a strong cybersecurity posture to protect company and client data

Build and maintain unified databases that consolidate financial and operational data across operating units

Develop executive dashboards with real‑time KPIs and actionable insights

Create and execute a repeatable IT integration playbook for add‑on acquisitions

Lead technology due diligence during acquisition processes to identify integration risks and opportunities

Migrate acquired businesses onto standardized platforms while retiring legacy systems

Identify and implement practical AI and automation use cases to improve efficiency and decision‑making

Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing internal IT team

Manage vendor relationships to ensure performance, security, and scalability

Represent Oklahoma Chiller’s mission, vision, and values in every internal and external interaction

WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD

Proven success in senior IT leadership roles, ideally within commercial or industrial services

Experience leading digital transformation across multiple divisions or operating units

Strong background implementing and standardizing ERP, CRM, project management, and payroll systems

Demonstrated success leading IT integration for multiple acquisitions

Ability to build executive dashboards pulling data from multiple entities

Strong cybersecurity knowledge and risk management experience

Experience implementing AI or automation solutions in a real‑world business environment

Strong people leadership and team‑building experience

Familiarity with cloud‑based platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Accumatica, Salesforce, BuildOps, ServiceTitan, or ServiceTrade

WHAT WE OFFER

Target Base Compensation: $130,000-$155,000 annually (plus bonus and performance incentives)
