Position Overview We are seeking a doctoral-level psychologist (PhD or PsyD) for a senior, hands-on, fully remote role. This position personally conducts high-level clinical intake consultations, explains the treatment model, and recommends therapist fit based on clinical specialization, theoretical orientation, style, and private-pay services, driving patient conversion. This is the core of the role. In addition, this role leads business development and professional outreach, oversees consultation quality, and ensures a consistent, high-performing front end of care. The position reports directly to the founder and works closely with senior leadership, clinicians, and operations.

Core Responsibilities Clinical Intake Consultations (Private Pay / Out-of-Network) • Conduct high-level clinical intake consultations with adults, parents, couples, and executives • Clarify presenting concerns and clinical fit • Select and recommend therapists based on specialization, orientation, and clinical style • Confidently explain the private-pay, out-of-network model and associated fees • Ensure all consultations are structured, documented, and executed consistently

Consultation Operations & Quality • Oversee intake workflows, consultation scripts, and documentation standards • Monitor patient experience, and quality metrics • Identify breakdowns in fit, messaging, or process and implement improvements

Follow-Up & Retention Insight • Follow up with existing patients to support continuity of care • Engage patients who have terminated to understand experience and next steps • Identify trends related to disengagement, retention, or service gaps Outreach & Business Development • Conduct professional outreach to schools, corporations, and community organizations • Participate in-person presentations, and relationship-building initiatives • Represent the practice with credibility, clinical authority, and discretion • Translate outreach feedback and market signals into strategic insight

Performance & Expectations • Clear KPIs and quarterly goals (conversion, quality, retention, outreach impact) • Full-time availability during business hours • Must be live on Zoom throughout the workday for real-time collaboration • Work closely with senior leadership on consultations and strategy • Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00/6:30 p.m. (EST) • Qualifications • PhD or PsyD in Psychology, including Clinical, Counseling, Industrial–Organizational (I-O), Corporate/Organizational, School, Health, or related fields • Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making • Proven success conducting high-stakes intake or consultation conversations • Comfort discussing value and fees in a private-pay environment • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Experience in consulting, healthcare, corporate, or professional services preferred • Outreach, presentations, or relationship-building experience a plus • Systems-oriented, analytical, and accountable
