
Senior Procurement Manager of Marketing
The Senior Procurement Manager of Marketing provides leadership for marketing procurement across North America. This role manages high-value marketing spend, leads strategic sourcing initiatives, and partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective, compliant procurement solutions aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute procurement strategies across marketing spend categories
Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing for high-value initiatives
Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and negotiations
Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities
Partner with internal stakeholders to align procurement with business needs
Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and legal standards
Lead procurement projects and present results to senior leadership
More about you
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
8+ years of procurement experience, preferably in marketing procurement
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Experience managing large, complex spend portfolios
Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams
Proficient with SAP, P2P systems, and Microsoft Office
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova

This role's pay range is between: $117K to $145K. This role is also commission eligible/bonus eligible.
