You thrive in dynamic environments, inspire teams, and build trusted relationships with clients. You bring:* Support and carry out ERM’s strategy of focusing on clients, understanding clients’ businesses and their needs, and delivering exceptional client value.* Actively develop commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities that result in significant growth with ERM’s target clients.* Drive innovation within the sector to stay ahead of client needs and to differentiate ERM in the market.* Mentor and consult a high-performance team, serving as a leader and mentor to consultants.* Meet business health & safety performance standards, financial targets, overall project budgets and schedules, client satisfaction/expectations, and internal risk management and contractual requirements.**Required*** BS/MS in environmental science, engineering, or related field.* 10+ years of progressive experience in client management in North America.* Business acumen to understand business risks and challenges, and to recognize opportunities to provide enterprise-wide solutions for clients.* Demonstrable track record in delivering multi-million-dollar sales programs.* Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance strategies.* Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.* Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering client-facing projects.**Preferred*** Advanced degree (e.g., MSc, MBA, PhD) in a relevant discipline.**Key Responsibilities*** **Client Development**: Cultivate and expand relationships with major energy clients, delivering strategic insights and exceptional service.* **Business Growth**: Drive commercial strategies to win new business and grow ERM’s Capital Project Development practice.* **Project Leadership**: Oversee delivery teams, ensure quality and compliance, and manage stakeholder-facing engagements.* **Team Building**: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performance consulting team.* **Operational Excellence**: Meet financial targets, manage risk, and uphold ERM’s standards for safety and sustainability.***Who We Are:***
