About Us

Times Square Church (TSC) is a global ministry based in New York City with a large and growing international audience. We’re looking for a YouTube expert who can take our main channel to the next level — optimizing navigation, design, and engagement while helping more viewers discover and connect with our content.

What We Need

A seasoned YouTube Channel Strategist + UX Designer to:

  • Audit the current TSC YouTube channel and identify growth opportunities
  • Improve navigation and user experience, ensuring clear access to live services, sermons, and language channels
  • Redesign playlist structure to reduce redundancy and group content logically by theme, series, and language
  • Feature live streams and language channels prominently on the homepage
  • Refresh visual branding (banner, thumbnail templates, featured sections) consistent with our main brand
  • Optimize SEO (titles, tags, descriptions, playlists) for discoverability
  • Create a strategy to grow subscribers and engagement, especially across international language channels

Measurable Goals

We’re aiming for a channel redesign that results in:

  • 20–30% increase in total watch time and audience retention within 3 months
  • 25% growth in subscribers on the main and language channels within 6 months
  • Improved click-through rate (CTR) on thumbnails and playlists (target: 6–8%)
  • Enhanced UX flow — users can easily find live services and translations within two clicks

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record optimizing large YouTube channels (100K+ subscribers preferred)
  • Strong grasp of YouTube algorithms, analytics, SEO, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience designing intuitive channel layouts and playlist systems
  • Skilled in creating consistent visual branding for YouTube
  • Data-driven approach — able to translate analytics into actionable steps
  • Experience with faith-based or nonprofit organizations is a plus
  • Channel audit report with actionable insights
  • Wireframe or visual prototype of proposed layout and navigation
  • Visual assets (banner, thumbnail templates, featured sections)
  • Final implementation and performance report
