Prospect for new leads to promote new business Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Consistently reach out and follow‑up with leads to grow sales opportunities Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently A valid Real Estate License is required for this job A full‑time vehicle to serve clients and get to showings and appointments About Company
