to join its growing
Cincinnati
office. This is an excellent opportunity for a
junior attorney

The ideal candidate will have ties to Cincinnati, strong academic credentials, and a long‑term interest in developing a deep real estate practice.
Qualifications & Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school.
Top 30%
of law school class (from a top‑tier law school,
top 50%
is acceptable).
1+ year(s)
of Real Estate Law experience.
Active
Ohio Bar
license, or ability to
waive in
(the firm may cover costs for license transfer if eligible and/or consider candidates willing to sit for the Ohio Bar)
Strong ties to Cincinnati are preferred, including for relocation candidates.
Demonstrated work ethic, drive, and long‑term commitment to real estate law.
Role Responsibilities The Associate will work directly with experienced real estate partners and will receive hands‑on experience across a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including:
Drafting
purchase and sale agreements ,
retail and restaurant leases ,
ground leases ,
easements ,
deeds , and other instruments related to real estate transactions.
Managing
negotiations
and supporting dispute resolution in
leasing ,
acquisitions , and
dispositions .
Supporting
construction, development, and financing
of commercial properties and associated business operations.
Participating in strategy discussions and working collaboratively in a close‑knit team.
Billing Expectations:
No minimum; typical annual range is
1500–1700 hours .

onsite
in the Cincinnati office.
Flexibility is available for occasional remote needs but should not be routine.
