
Our client is an organization in the greater Janesville area looking for a
Human Resources Specialist.
This client is looking for someone with HR experience, who is team-oriented and can multitask.
The
Human Resources Specialist
will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day HR support across core areas including employee records, benefits administration, and payroll coordination
Partner with leadership on recruiting efforts such as sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure accurate completion and maintenance of required documentation
Maintain and update the HRIS to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
Administer employee benefit programs, including eligibility, enrollments, changes, and terminations
Review and process HR-related invoices and related expenses
Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing
Track and administer paid time off programs and leave policies
Communicate HR policies, procedures, and benefit information clearly to employees
The

will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
1+ years of HR experience preferred.
