Client‑Facing | Documentation‑Focused | Sales‑Aligned

Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle, delivering a polished, high‑touch client experience.

Partner effectively with Sales, Derivatives Legal Counsel, Credit, Operations, KYC, and Compliance teams to facilitate seamless onboarding.

Address documentation questions, resolve issues proactively, and keep clients informed and supported from start to finish.

Documentation & Regulatory Workflow Management

Request, collect, review, and process all regulatory and derivatives documentation required to establish trading capabilities.

Collaborate closely with Derivatives Legal Counsel on client‑specific negotiated items within ISDA Master Agreements, Schedules, FX Agreements, and related derivatives documentation, ensuring accuracy, alignment, and timely execution.

Coordinate with KYC teams to verify Beneficial Ownership, entity classification, and tax documentation, ensuring all information aligns with regulatory standards and internal requirements.

Maintain and update client profile and documentation data in approved systems with regulatory precision.

Participate in documentation discussions and negotiation calls to enhance subject‑matter expertise.

Operational Excellence & Process Ownership

Monitor onboarding metrics—including KRIs, SLAs, and KPIs—to ensure documentation quality, timely execution, and strong risk controls.

Produce internal reporting for Risk, Compliance, Legal, Audit, and business partners as needed.

Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes, enhance documentation workflows, and improve overall efficiency.

Support documentation remediation, reconciliation, and quality‑control initiatives when required.

Leadership & Team Contribution

Serve as a resource and escalation point for onboarding colleagues in the absence of the Onboarding & Documentation Manager.

Assist with training and development of Documentation Analysts and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.

Support updates to onboarding policies and procedures driven by regulatory, operational, or system changes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Minimum 3+ years in capital markets, derivatives, legal documentation, compliance, or related disciplines.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong client‑facing presence.

Highly organized self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with capital markets platforms preferred.

Working knowledge of derivative products and related regulatory requirements is desirable.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to operate independently and exercise sound judgment.
