Content Writer
to take full ownership of our blog and help us grow organic traffic through high-quality, well-researched content.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to specialize in
SEO content writing
and become the owner of a company blog. Around 70% of your work will be focused on writing and managing blog content, while the remaining 30% will involve creating and optimizing landing pages to support lead generation.
You will work closely with Tecla’s Performance Marketing Manager and Marketing Lead to produce content that ranks on Google and performs well in AI-powered search experiences like ChatGPT and other LLMs.
If you enjoy researching topics, writing clear and engaging articles, and learning modern SEO and AEO techniques, this is a great opportunity to grow in tech marketing.
What You’ll Do:
Own and manage Tecla’s blog, including planning, writing, and optimizing SEO-driven articles (approximately 70% of the role).
Research topics, keywords, and search intent to create blog content that ranks and drives qualified traffic.
Write clear, engaging, and well-structured blog posts aligned with SEO best practices.
Create and optimize landing pages focused on conversions (approximately 30% of the role).
Use SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console to identify content opportunities.
Optimize existing blog posts and pages for search intent, readability, and performance.
Apply basic AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) principles to help content perform well in AI-driven search tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team on content briefs, outlines, and topic planning.
Ensure all content meets high editorial standards for clarity, accuracy, and tone.
Stay up to date with SEO trends, Google updates, and changes in search behavior.
What We’re Looking For:
1 to 3 years of experience writing SEO-focused content (blogs, articles, or web content).
Advanced written and spoken English is required.
Strong writing skills in English, with excellent grammar and clarity.
Solid understanding of on-page SEO fundamentals (keywords, titles, meta descriptions, internal linking).
Comfortable using SEO tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, or Google Search Console.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple content pieces and deadlines.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn more about SEO and AI-driven search.
Bonus: Experience writing for B2B, SaaS, or technology companies.
