Responsibilities
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Offer and bundle and close a high percentage of the given leads
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Handle all incoming calls from customers and follow-up.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Document each customer contact into Data
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Use your creativity to engage clients and renew policies while asking for referrals.
Call ALL of the leads we provide and ask for more.
Compensation You will be offered a base salary based on your experience and track record of success, as well as competitive commissions and bonuses.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years Insurance Sales experience
Active General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License in Texas
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
Bilingual Spanish / English is preferred but not required
Farmers Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
