Sales Estimator / Business Development professional
to join its team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full lifecycle of a project—from developing relationships and identifying opportunities to estimating work and closing deals.

What You’ll Do
Develop new business relationships with general contractors, owners, and repeat clients
Identify upcoming commercial drywall opportunities in the East Bay market
Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial drywall projects
Review drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
Collaborate with operations and project management to ensure smooth handoffs
Negotiate pricing and close awarded projects
Track leads, bids, and project outcomes
What We’re Looking For
Experience in
commercial drywall estimating and/or sales
Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Proven relationship-building and business development skills
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
