Marketplace Channel Operations Specialist Location / Job Type Job Type: Full-Time | Hourly About Esbenshade’s Esbenshade’s is a family-owned business with 60+ years of growth and a rapidlyexpanding online marketplace operation. We partner with leading brands and run high-volume e-commerce across Amazon, Shopify, and other platforms. This isa real operationalrole — with systems, SOPs, and a team that takes pride in doing things correctly. The Role We’rehiring a Marketplace Channel Operations Specialist to execute andmaintainproduct listings at scale. This role is perfect for someone who: Loves detail and accuracy Enjoys working inside systems Takes pride in “getting it right” Wants to learn and grow in e-commerce operations This is not a “creative marketing” role.It’sa platform execution role. WhatYou’llDo Upload, update, andmaintainproduct listings across Amazon, Shopify, and other online channels Build and manage variations, attributes, images, and overall catalog structure Troubleshoot and resolve listing issues (suppressed SKUs, missing attributes, upload errors, and formatting problems) Ensure product data isaccurate, clean, and well organized Follow established SOPs and workflows tomaintainconsistency and compliance Work daily within systems such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify,Sellercloud,GoDataFeed,Veeqo, and related tools Support multiple vendor and content leads by processing a high volume of listing updates Understand channel-specific requirements and execute accordingly Assist the Vendor & Marketplace Content Lead withadditionaltasks as needed WhatWe’reLooking For We care most about teachability, reliability, and beinga strong teamplayer. Experience that helps: Amazon Seller Central and/or Shopify Data entry, catalog work, or operations support Working in structured systems with detailed requirements Strong organization and ability to follow process What Success Looks Like Highvolume ofaccuratework completed consistently Listing errors are resolved quickly and correctly Product catalogs stay clean and organized
