Amazon Studios is looking for a smart, enthusiastic, hard-working, solutions-driven and creative candidate to join the Explore team within Integrated Marketing. The Creative Director will be responsible for leading the development of immersive digital experiences and bonus content for Amazon Studios MGM titles, from global tentpole titles to franchise series. The candidate will work with creative agencies and cross-functional teams to lead digital experiential projects from conception to completion, creating interactive fan-building experiences that extend entertainment properties into engaging digital destinations.

This person should possess creative direction experience in digital experiences, interactive web platforms, immersive environments, and virtual production integration. They should have expertise in directing digital world-building, interactive storytelling, and web-based 3D experiences. Experience in the entertainment industry at an agency or studio is preferred, with a strong focus on digital experience development for film and series properties.

Key job responsibilities •Lead creative vision and execution for custom digital experiential content supporting global tentpoles and franchise titles •Collaborate with title marketing teams, creative leads, and production partners to develop immersive bonus content and fan experiences •Direct the creation of interactive digital extensions that serve as central hubs for exclusive content, easter eggs, behind-the-scenes material, and in-world artifacts •Partner with creative production and product teams to repurpose production assets into accessible digital fan experiences •Oversee development of scalable digital experience processes that integrate with 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, social, experiential, and on-platform touchpoints •Review creative deliverables to ensure they meet Sr Creative Program Manager standards and align with overall campaign strategies •Drive innovation in interactive storytelling and digital world-building that generates cultural conversation and deepens fan connection

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree - •10+ years of creative direction experience with a strong portfolio in digital experiences, interactive content, and immersive environments - •Proven expertise in web-based interactive platforms, 3D digital experiences, and real-time content creation - •Strong understanding of digital experience development workflows, including web and mobile optimization - •Experience with entertainment properties and understanding of fan engagement strategies - •Excellent presentation and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration - •Ability to manage multiple franchise properties simultaneously while maintaining creative excellence PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - •Experience with virtual production workflows and asset pipelines - •Knowledge of real-time engines (Unreal Engine, Unity) and web-based 3D platforms - •Background in theatrical and streaming content marketing - •Familiarity with Amazon Leadership Principles

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
