Associate Product Manager
, Fixed Income & Multi-Asset Indexes
will support the growth of Morningstar's

ndex business
through a mix of operations
, client
support
and market research
responsibilities
.
In this role
,
you will serve as a product expert for a broad range of
fixed income and multi-asset
indexes and
will
leverage
that
expertise
to
coordinate
new index launches
,
provide market intelligence,
prepare client
reports
and address
inquiries
escalated from the
client support team.
You will also help support the commercial success of our indexes by
serving as a
n index
product expert in
client meetings and
assisting
with follow-ups.
This role is part
of
a
g
lobal team and
will
report to the Director of Product Management, Equity Indexes
. This position is based in our Chicago office. We follow a hybrid policy of at least 4 days onsite. Job

esponsibilities: Support the growth of the index business by working cross-functionally to bring new indexes
and product enhancements
to market
,
managing timelines, deliverables,
cross-team communications, and
client notifications
Conduct market research to help refine product strategy
and
maintain
competitor index mappings
Coordinate
the creation of
external index documentation, including rulebooks and marketing materials
Drive greater adoption of Morningstar
fixed income and multi-asset
indexes by creating materials for client pitche
s
, giving product presentations
,
and
assisting
with follow-ups from client meetings
Collaborate
with the client service team to
deliver monthly
index
reports to key clients
and respond to
escalated
client inquiries
Identify
potential areas for improvement with respect to workflows, documentation, and
methodology
Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a finance
-
related field A bachelor
'
s degree is preferred Fixed income
knowledge U
nderstanding of the index business Strong analytical capabilities A record of process improvement Attention to detail Strong presentation
and relationship-building
skills Able to thrive in a fast-paced global work environment Harbor a genuine belief in Morningstar`s core values K
