Qualifications

Strong team player who can work in close collaboration with different departments such as art, development, and product teams

Open to learning and self-improvement, with a growth-oriented mindset

Minimum 2 years of experience with the Unity Editor, and prior hands-on experience working in relevant roles using the Unity game engine

Solid understanding of Hybrid-Casual game mechanics, familiar with current market trends, actively following them, and able to interpret trends to form opinions about future directions

Capable of generating Hybrid-Casual game ideas and contributing to early product concepts

Passionate about playing games, with experience across a wide range of mobile games, and actively following developments in the gaming industry in personal time

Willing and proactive in using AI-powered tools to support workflows such as ideation, analysis, documentation, and productivity (without being tool-dependent)

Experienced in roadmap creation, project tracking, and reporting processes, with the ability to structure and monitor product progress

Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, able to take initiative and follow tasks through to completion

Comfortable working in a remote work environment

Nice to Have

Previously worked on a game concept or level design that became a hit product

Basic to intermediate understanding of programming processes

Comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken

Note We prefer applications to be submitted with a portfolio. This may include game design documents of previously developed game ideas and/or links to games where you were responsible for level design/product management.
