Job Title: Junior Editor/Writer (Onsite)
Contract: 12 months (possible to convert)
Pay Rate range: $19-20/hour (eligible for OT)
Location: South Jordan, UT
One or our clients in the Bank and Financial industry is seeking a junior Client Relations Analyst/Writer to join their team. This is an onsite role, with one round of Zoom interviews, and top candidates will be asked to submit a writing sample.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle written client inquiries and concerns, ensuring compliance with regulations related to client complaints.
Investigate, research, and resolve assigned cases, communicating decisions in a clear and professional written format.
Qualifications:
Graduation in Writing, Marketing, Jornalism, or Related is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases
Experience with writing/editing and client relations or customer service preferred
