Construction, management, and operational contract negotiation

Representation of large developers, national/regional tenants, and foundations

Real estate dispute resolution

when issues arise

Tailored counsel for individual owners and investors , including co‑ownership and joint venture matters

The Opportunity We are seeking an entrepreneurial

Real Estate Partner

to join our growing team. This individual will have the autonomy to run and grow their practice within a collaborative, fully supported platform.

What We're Looking For

Minimum ~$500K portable book of business

(higher welcome)

8+ years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience

Expertise in one or more of the following:

Commercial acquisitions and sales

Commercial leasing (landlord/tenant)

Construction and project contracts

A strong record of client service and successful deal execution

Ability to manage client relationships independently

Desire to collaborate with a team that values excellence, integrity, and strategic thinking
