Job Position: Pre-Press Graphic Artist
Location: Union, IL 60180
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We are currently seeking a pre-press graphic artist in Union, IL. This client is a leading bag supplier in the promotional products industry that prints paper, plastic, non-woven, and cotton bags. Pre-Press Graphic Artist Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phones and provide superior customer service in a professional manner. Enter data into office and production computer software programs as required or directed by management. Assist team as needed or requested. Prepare art proof approvals and email or fax to customers. Revise existing art files, including but not limited to: client edits, re-draw, re-create typeset, convert raster art to vector art, and scanning. Examine and process customer supplied art, and related documents. Pre-Press Graphic Artist Qualifications and Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. One year of experience in a print production, prepress, design, or art department. Experience using Adobe Illustrator.
