Job Description As a Lennar Recruiter, you will attract, engage, and retain top talent, providing memorable experiences for internal and external customers and embodying Lennar's commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.

Utilize AI technology and cutting‑edge tools to identify, attract, and engage high‑caliber candidates proactively.

Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and other channels.

Deliver extraordinary service throughout the recruitment journey with transparent communication, timely updates, and personalized interactions.

Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process from requisition creation to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and skills evaluations.

Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor insights to make informed recommendations.

Enhance Lennar's employer brand by promoting our culture and career opportunities and participating in branding initiatives.

Use data and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize the process continually.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience with a successful track record in sourcing and hiring top talent.

Strong consultative skills for building relationships and effective collaboration.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Passion for delivering exceptional candidate and customer experiences.

Knowledge of the homebuilding or real estate industry is a plus.

Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements This is primarily a sedentary office position requiring the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard, calculator, and telephone equipment.
