Executive Director of Real Estate
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate current projects and workflow in support of the real estate team.
Assist with transition to and implementation of property management software
Support the coordination, organization, and execution of all real estate transaction activities and documents.
Assist in managing real estate activity and gathering information on site data
Utilize database of geographical research and mapping
Act as liaison between the real estate team and other internal departments
Maintain up-to-date tracking of all aspects of the deal making process including lease status, lease terms, projected opening dates, site contacts, lease expirations, renewals, and other such information and documents.
Coordinate real estate obligations, including payments and insurance.
Communication and follow-through with all tasks, assignments, and job duties in a timely manner
Preparing correspondence and other documents.
Organizing and maintaining documents in an electronic filing system.
Coordinating and scheduling meetings and travel.
Job Qualifications and Requirements
3+ years of commercial lease experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exhibits high level of professionalism, honesty, integrity, courtesy, and respect both inside and outside the corporation.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Additional Requirements
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screening
Salary will be commensurate with experience. A comprehensive benefits package including paid time off is offered with this position. This position will work an average of 40 hours per week and will be available “after hours” if an emergency situation should arise.
