The specialist will support daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment laws, managing employee benefits, and maintaining HR records. Responsibilities include overseeing personnel management, implementing HR policies, contributing to HR management strategies, and providing support for general administrative and employee-related activities.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) processes, HR Policies, and Employee Benefits management.
Knowledge and experience in HR Management and Personnel Management.
Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively interact with employees and management.
Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Familiarity with BambooHR software systems and tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in full-cycle HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, is advantageous.
