Position Overview The

Institutional Partnerships Manager

is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic relationships with institutional clients, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and other large investors. The role focuses on driving capital engagement, supporting fundraising initiatives, and fostering long-term partnerships that align with the firm’s private markets strategy.

This position involves close collaboration with origination, investment, and senior leadership teams to identify new opportunities, deepen client relationships, and optimize institutional engagement.

Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients, strategic partners, and key stakeholders

Drive capital-raising and fundraising efforts for private markets strategies

Collaborate with investment and business development teams to identify growth opportunities and market trends

Prepare and deliver investor presentations, proposals, and strategic partnership materials

Track client engagement, capital commitments, and market developments to inform business strategy

Support due diligence, onboarding, and reporting for institutional clients

Build and maintain CRM tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to monitor partnership activities

Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on institutional market trends and partnership strategy

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field

Strong understanding of private markets, institutional investors, and fundraising processes

Experience in business development, investor relations, or institutional client management (preferred but not required)

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills

Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize market insights into actionable partnership strategies

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms; familiarity with data analysis tools a plus

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Strong interest in private markets, institutional client engagement, and strategic growth
