The Director, Channel Commercialization will lead their team to develop CCCI's Commercial plan; work with Brand partners cross-functionally across departments to communicate the plan; ensure execution, and manage results. This role will lead new product launches, promotional programs, big pillar events, develop POS materials, and manage the department's P&L budget. Additionally, the Director will partner with and influence all levels of the organization, including department Senior Leadership and Executives, to align on Commercial plans, execution strategies, and plans to accelerate growth and profits including responsibility for achieving 350MM-730MM in dead net gross profit. Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with brand parent companies to identify and influence strategies for growth; communicate those plans to the entire organization; ensure execution, and tracks results Develop and communicate commercialization plans, including annual business plans, monthly marketing initiatives, and individual initiative sales and operating plans Partner with Region General Managers, Customer Team VPs and Senior Directors to influence and align on Commercial plans; execution strategies, and plans to accelerate growth and profits

Collaborate cross-functionality with Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, Procurement, Equipment Services, and other functions to align on Commercial strategies and ensure all processes are in place for execution

Manage the department's P&L to ensure adherence to department budget, goals, and full-year targets Perform other initiatives and assignments as directed by the Sr Director Channel Commercialization

Direct, lead, and motivate a team to deliver results by communicating company goals and deadlines; engage and develop teammates through effective performance management, coaching, and training; implement continuous improvement methods while maintaining customer focus, and embodying company purpose and values to inspire servant leadership

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

7+ years experience leading a team 7+ years experience managing a P&L 7+ years leading in Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods industry, and managing the creation and execution of Commercial strategies Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of graphics software preferred Proven ability to lead, coach, train and develop a team Demonstrated ability to develop strategic initiatives and build plans for execution Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage and lead multiple projects Demonstrated ability to communicate with and influence senior executives Proven experience effectively working directly with field sales and customer teams Must be detail oriented and show the ability to manage multiple projects effectively while leading and developing their team Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (4 years) Knowledge acquired through 7 or more years of relevant work experience Driver's License Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field Work Environment
