The Real Estate Runner will be responsible for various day‑to‑day tasks, including property showings, delivering documents, conducting property inspections, and supporting brokers with client-related activities. The role also entails maintaining accurate records, liaising between clients and brokers, and managing various logistical tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Basic understanding of real estate market dynamics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
Prior experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
