Job Responsibilities
Manage the loan portfolio through reports: insurance certificates, property taxes, loan payments, first mortgage loan terms, tax returns, job creation, and any other loan authorization requirement.
Follow up and request revisions until documents are perfected.
Spread tax returns and risk rate using current tax returns and financials.
Qualifications
Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Excel.
Ability to multitask in a fast-moving work environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
