Successful Closing Paralegal candidates will have at least two years of experience as a Residential Real Estate Closer. We are seeking a Closer who is organized, can prioritize work and meet critical deadlines. Good technical skills and experience with SoftPro ideal.

Communicating with lenders, clients and agents
Ordering title searches
Disburse and fund files after closing
