Real Estate Associate

Handle sophisticated commercial real estate matters through all stages of a transaction, from initial structuring to execution and closing Advise on acquisitions and disposals of a range of property assets, including analysis and resolution of title and survey issues Support a broad spectrum of real estate finance work, including acquisition, construction, bridge, refinancing, and mezzanine facilities Negotiate and document leasing arrangements across office, retail, and ground leases Draft and negotiate joint venture arrangements and ancillary real estate agreements, including management, brokerage, and lender-recognition documents Work directly with tangible real estate assets and collaborate closely with colleagues in other practice areas and external advisors on complex deal structures Assist in developing ownership structures that are commercially workable, tax-efficient, and capable of being financed Independently manage transactions by maintaining diligence materials, coordinating deliverables, and preparing closing documentation Proactively monitor deal timelines and support closings from start to finish Contribute to the growth of the practice through thought leadership, participation in industry events, and relationship building Develop and maintain long-term connections with private wealth participants, intermediaries, and domestic and international professional networks
