Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Home Loan Consultant based in Chicago, IL, with flexibility for some work from home. The Home Loan Consultant is responsible for guiding clients through the home loan process, originating loans, and maintaining exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include assessing clients’ financing needs, providing tailored loan options, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and collaborating with the team to finalize loan approvals. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved. Qualifications
Proven expertise in Loans, Mortgage Lending, and Loan Origination processes Strong background in Finance and knowledge of industry regulations Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships Effective communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools is a plus Licensure in mortgage origination or the willingness and ability to obtain required licenses Experience in a hybrid work environment is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
