Essential Functions
Answer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquires
Research required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter customer information
Process orders and forms
Identify and escape priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resources
Follow up on customer calls where necessary
Complete call logs
Take orders by obtaining and verifying information
Sell additional products by recognizing opportunities to upsell accounts, explaining latest items or featured product
Competencies, Education, and Experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening skills
Influencing and negotiation skills
Problem solving skills
Organized and attention-to-detail approach
High school diploma or GED equivalent
At least 3 years successful related sales experience with an understanding and knowledge of produce food service or retail related products (as assigned)
Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office and common E-Mail systems

Stand or sit forlong periodsof time
Compensation
$16.00 - $17.00/hour
Schedule
Monday through Friday: 7:30AM–3:30PM
One Saturday every three weeks, with hours ranging from 8:00AM – 1:00PM.
