We’re seeking a friendly, self‑motivated individual for the full‑time Customer Service Representative position in our Customer Service Department. As a member of the Customer Service Department, your voice and actions would greatly impact customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers via phone, chat, and email, and maintaining a high standard of service. Full‑time (40 per week), Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday, schedule varying between 10 AM to 7 PM $16.00/hour Benefits include:

Assisting customers with questions, orders, shipping issues, etc. via phone, email, and chat Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times Communicating with other departments to obtain information Taking calls and responding to emails and chats daily Cross‑training with other departments Using multiple programs at one time For this position, you MUST possess:
Knowledge of reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, and other relevant animals Excellent written and verbal communication skills A friendly disposition High‑volume call center experience The ability to navigate between multiple screens Availability to help cover call‑ins and vacations Special consideration is given to those with:
3+ years of call center experience Experience with Gorgias Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System Bilingualism (Spanish and English) Examples of how an employee could exhibit our core values in this position:
