We provide database marketing, content management, production, lockbox and accounting and consulting to a wide range of clients, including museums, foundations, political campaigns and advocacy groups. Key Responsibilities
Provide occasional front desk coverage, including mail handling, label printing and document prep.
Perform routine data handling tasks, including file exports, information review and data redaction.
Follow defined processes to support compliance and client-specific requirements.
Client Communication & Coordination
Monitor and manage a shared client inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Track and organize documentation related to client activity and communications
Coordinate the flow of client deliverables and respond to routine service needs.
Qualifications
Experience in customer service, administrative support or operations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear written and communication skills
Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
Ability to manage priorities and follow established procedures
Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
Comfortable working independently and within a team
Flexible and able to adjust to shifting timelines or client needs
