Opportunity for In-Home Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) We are seeking a dedicated In-Home Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA services in home settings in the DC Metro Area. This role involves direct client support, collaboration with families, and leadership responsibilities within our behavioral team. Leads will conduct regularly scheduled visits to provide support and guidance to RBTs in home settings, including regular pop‑in sessions to offer hands‑on assistance and supervision. This position is approximately 50% clinical and 50% administrative in focus.

Pay Range $56,000-$61,000 annual salary

Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

Train and mentor Junior RBTs and Behavior Technicians.

Prepares materials and coordinates pre-work for the week prior to delivery.

Schedules home‑based program activities.

Conducts initial home visits and follow‑up monthly visits to home clients to support and provide direction to RBTs.

Creates targets for learning trees.

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.

Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress.

Communicates effectively with families, school staff, and clinical supervisors.

Creates reports for RBT performance.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Schedule

Full‑Time: 30+ hours/week

Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications

Active RBT certification required.

Minimum 2 years' experience as an RBT.

Currently enrolled in a BCBA program and has completed at least one semester of classes with 3.0 GPA.

Ability to pass background check.

Reliable transportation, vehicle and valid license/insurance.

Documented proficiency in ABA implementation.

Authorized to work in the U.S.
