Responsibilities

Engage actively with potential clients, building trust and rapport to understand their real estate needs.

Leverage provided leads to initiate meaningful conversations and guide clients through the buying or selling process.

Conduct property showings, ensuring clients have a comprehensive understanding of each property's features and benefits.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Stay updated on local market trends and developments to offer clients informed and timely advice.

Manage transaction processes efficiently, ensuring all documentation is accurate and deadlines are met.

Participate in ongoing training sessions to continuously enhance your sales and customer service skills.

Qualifications

Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one.

Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong communication skills.
