Residential Drafter
Pay Range: $20–30/hr, dependent on experience
Summary: The Residential Drafter will assist the Project Manager in producing quality construction documents in an efficient and profitable manner for single family homes.
Responsibilities
Uses Revit and SketchUp to produce construction documents using designs of others.
Follows applicable guidelines for project standards.
Convert limited verbal and written directions from Job Captain or Project Manager into a finished product or document.
Proofreads own work and may proofread work of others.
Generates architectural plans and artwork.
Communicates with builder regarding construction questions.
Requirements
Associates degree in Drafting/Design preferred.
2+ years experience in single family residential architectural design.
Proficiency using Revit.
Proficiency using SketchUp.
