About the Role We’re a growing B2B sales company working with international clients, and we’re looking for a
fluent German-speaking Appointment Setter
to engage decision-makers in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
You’ll be booking
warm, qualified B2B appointments
for our clients — no cold hard selling, no pressure tactics, just professional conversations.

What You’ll Be Doing
Speaking to German-speaking B2B decision-makers via phone
Qualifying interest and securing warm appointments
Representing our clients professionally and confidently
Working towards clear, achievable targets with uncapped commission
Working hours:
37.5–40 hours per week. Full flexibility required between
8am–8pm, Monday–Friday
What We’re Looking For
Fluent / native-level German (spoken & written)
Fluent English
Confident communicator who enjoys structured targets
Resilient, motivated, and professional
Comfortable working in a performance-driven but supportive team
What We Offer
£13.00 – £16.00 per hour
(depending on experience)
Uncapped bonus structure
with clear earning potential
Pay progression based on performance
Permanent contract
20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (increases with service)
