Property Manager – Affordable Multi-Family Housing

A regional nonprofit organization is seeking a part-time Property Manager to oversee HUD multifamily properties. The role includes managing property operations, tenant relationships, and compliance with housing regulations. Ideal candidates have strong property management skills, experience in HUD programs, and excellent organizational abilities. A college degree and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
