Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily property operations, ensuring a high standard of property management. Manage tenant relationships, addressing concerns and enhancing tenant satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of properties and coordinate maintenance activities. Oversee rent collection and manage financial transactions related to property management. Develop and implement property management plans, including budgeting and forecasting. Lead and manage staff including maintenance and leasing teams. Execute marketing strategies to attract new tenants while retaining current ones. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property management regulations. Prepare and submit detailed performance reports to senior management. Must-Haves:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role. In-depth understanding of property management and leasing laws in California. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Nice-to-Haves:
Experience managing residential properties, particularly in the Greater Los Angeles area. Background in construction or development sectors. Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in property management.
