
Customer Service Representative – Parts Authority
Parts Authority is growing fast, and we're building a dedicated team of
Customer Service Representatives
to support our most rapidly expanding division. We're looking for individuals who can confidently handle
inbound and outbound service calls
and manage
online orders
related to
collision auto body parts .

with the right attitude and enthusiasm.
Hourly Rate: $19.00
Responsibilities
Answer customer calls regarding collision auto body parts, providing information on availability, pricing, and product details.
Process orders, manage online order inquiries, and handle returns or exchanges using our internal systems.
Make outbound calls to update customers on order status, verify account details, and ensure we have accurate business information.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of collision auto body parts to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
Deliver excellent customer service while balancing company policies and customer needs.
Clearly communicate the value of choosing Parts Authority — including our extensive inventory, user-friendly ordering process, and fast return handling.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Bilingual Spanish (strongly preferred).
Energetic, positive attitude and a friendly, engaging personality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities with prompt follow-through.
Professional, courteous, and respectful in all customer interactions.
Able to build trust and credibility with customers.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
1–2 years of customer service or related experience required.
Proficient with basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Gmail).
Reliable with consistent punctual attendance.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Flexible and adaptable to change; able to maintain productivity in evolving work environments.
Capable of following instructions and taking direction when needed.
Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong time management and prioritization skills.
