The Junior Account Executive supports the sales team for a wholesale manufacturer of boys and girls fashion apparel. This individual manages critical support tasks and showroom operations while training to eventually manage and call on their own accounts. The role is designed for a motivated professional looking to grow into a full sales cycle position.
Key Responsibilities
Manage samples and oversee the organization of the showroom.
Pull Available to Sell (ATS) reports to monitor inventory levels.
Process bulk and purchase orders received from customers.
Prepare the showroom and materials for buyer appointments.
Work with price tickets and UPCs to ensure product readiness.
Communicate directly with buyers and assistants regarding daily tasks and follow ups.
Provide general administrative support to the senior sales team.
Qualifications
Previous experience or internship within the fashion wholesale industry.
Strong interest in sales and account management for children’s apparel.
Ability to process complex purchase orders with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for professional interaction with retail buyers.
Proficiency in managing inventory reports and data entry.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple showroom priorities.
