
The Analyst Relations Coordinator will support a global B2B technology company’s Analyst Relations (AR) team by helping manage day-to-day operations, analyst interactions, and content coordination. This is an early-career role ideal for someone looking to grow in analyst relations, product marketing, or corporate communications within a global B2B technology company. The role focuses on execution, organization, and learning the analyst landscape while working closely with senior AR leaders and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities Analyst Engagement Support
Coordinate logistics for analyst briefings, inquiries, and meetings (scheduling, agendas, follow-ups)
Maintain accurate records of analyst interactions, contacts, and engagement history
Assist with preparation of internal stakeholders for analyst meetings
Content & Submissions Support
Help gather inputs and organize materials for analyst briefings and evaluations
Support submissions for analyst reports by tracking deadlines and required materials
Ensure analyst-facing content is up to date, consistent, and well-organized
Research & Tracking
Track analyst coverage, reports, and mentions relevant to the company
Summarize analyst feedback and key takeaways for internal sharing
Assist with basic competitive and market research to support AR efforts
Operations & Administration
Maintain AR trackers, calendars, and shared repositories
Support reporting on AR activities and coverage
Help document AR processes, templates, and best practices
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Product Marketing, Marketing, Product, and Communications teams to gather information and assets
Act as a point of coordination between the AR team and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, research, or a related business role (internships or co-ops included)
Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone
Strong organizational and time management skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Interest in technology, enterprise software, or market research
Comfortable learning new tools and processes
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with analyst firms (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) is a plus
Experience with presentation tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides)
Experience using spreadsheets or trackers (Excel, Google Sheets)
