The Entry-Level Business Development Associate provides administrative, sales, and operational support to the business development team. This role is intended for an individual who demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and interest in project management within a faster-paced, growth-oriented environment. The position involves assisting with lead generation, client coordination, and business development activities. Key Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative and business development support to the team and leadership. Conduct outbound prospecting through research, calls, emails, and industry networking efforts. Manage scheduling, logistics, and coordination for client meetings, product demos, and follow-ups. Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, research, and networking. Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, communications, and opportunities within CRM systems. Conduct research on potential clients, industries, and market trends to support targeting and strategy. Collaborate with marketing to coordinate campaigns, promotional events, and social media initiatives. Track and report on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and conversion results. Support coordination across internal teams to ensure execution of business development initiatives. Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in the implementation of business growth strategies. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence. Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferred. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and develop in a sales-oriented role. Collaborative and professional demeanor with effective problem-solving skills. Comfortable in a role that blends project management-style organization with business development responsibilities.
