
Digital Marketing Specialist
The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop consumer-facing campaigns to engage prospects and customers. This role collaborates cross-functionally to ensure content, communications, and emails are effective, high-quality, and aligned with marketing objectives.
What You’ll Do
Create compelling content, messaging, and emails for a variety of purposes, including newsletters, product announcements, lead nurturing, and customer communications.
Partner with Product and other cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, engaging content.
Manage A/B testing to optimize email subject lines, content, and calls to action.
Build and manage email templates, nurture flows, and landing pages.
Ensure all email communications follow established brand guidelines and industry best practices.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer email lists to maximize deliverability.
Proofread content and secure required approvals prior to deployment.
Test and troubleshoot technical issues related to email delivery and rendering.
Stay current on consumer email marketing regulations and best practices.
Personalize content to improve engagement and relevance.
Use data and insights to optimize audience targeting and messaging.
Monitor and track key email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Monitor and track key web metrics including landing page views and form submissions.
Generate performance reports, identify opportunities for improvement, and present insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience writing and building consumer-facing email campaigns.
Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, including A/B testing and deliverability.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail.

Email Marketing: Hands‑on experience with email delivery platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or BenchmarkONE.
Consumer Marketing: Experience marketing directly to end consumers.
Copywriting: Proven ability to write effective marketing copy.
Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience adding and editing web content within CMS platforms.
Marketing Analytics: Experience analyzing email and web performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics.
