
Fast-growing national brokerage model seeks an energetic Marketing Coordinator who is able to keep the big picture in mind while dealing with daily tasks at our national headquarters. We are looking for someone who is agile and quick on their feet for this rapidly growing and fast-paced environment.
Assisting with project management, execution and creative direction are all key components of this position. Be ready to deploy, execute and manage multi-media marketing campaigns at all stages.
Additional responsibilities include:
Execute marketing tactics for specific campaigns and program adoption
Manage the day-to-day tactical activities for brand marketing campaigns demonstrating strategic thinking, creativity and solid decision-making
Balance multiple projects and campaigns and prioritize needs accordingly
Contribute ideas in cross-functional team including marketing, advertising, network operations, franchise sales, training and communications
Negotiate cost-effective rates or pricing with vendors or media outlets
Have experience or knowledge of a multitude of marketing and advertising vehicles including; online, email, social media, video, print, broadcast, direct marketing and outdoor
Maintain responsive working relationship and build rapport with internal team members, offices, agents, stakeholders, strategic partners and vendors
Support Marketing Manager in office and agent requests to develop creative materials, tools and marketing messages to meet their needs
Compile post campaign summary reports
Trafficking of incoming invoices
Proofread materials and copywriting as needed
Job Specifications
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
1 - 3 years’ experience in marketing with a concentration in management including coordination of projects, communication strategy or client engagement.
Excellent attention to detail
Clear and concise verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Team player, comfortable with fast-paced, changing environment and ambiguity
Must be a self-starter with results driven mentality
Collaborative and productive work style
Strong organizational skills, initiative and commitment to high-quality work
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications as well as email platforms & HubSpot
Proven track record of proficiency with Meta (posts, ads, stories, groups, etc), X, LinkedIn, Google Analytics
Ability to travel as needed
