THE ROLE We are looking for an innovative and digitally savvy E-commerce & Digital Senior Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing the online presence of the brand by overseeing the digital department and managing strategic initiatives for orebella.com. The E-commerce & Digital Senior Manager role will focus on driving the overall growth of the digital landscape, maximizing sales through building loyalty and customer retention tactics. The ideal candidate is highly skilled with a strong DTC background and can hit the ground running in a fast-paced work environment. This position will report to the General Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and optimize the end-to-end D2C channel and customer journey across orebella.com, including D2C sales forecasting/reporting and channel contribution margin

Lead international DTC expansion initiatives, including international shipping strategy, market prioritization, localization, and launch execution for new global markets

Responsible for DTC contribution margin efficiency, identifying and implementing improvements to drive optimal channel profitability

Ensure seamless and high-converting customer experience on orebella.com that drives most profitable channel for the brand

Update Forecast file and Global Tracker on a weekly basis (or more frequently as needed)

Manage site performance, merchandising, and CRO to drive revenue growth

Continuously improve site performance and drive revenue through optimized merchandising, R&R/UGC, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Partner with Marketing to launch new products, collections, and drops on site, driving strong outcomes for the business

Analyze traffic, funnel performance, and sales data to inform testing and growth strategies

Provide actionable insights that inform growth and optimization strategies

Deliver accurate and timely reporting, identification of high-impact optimization opportunities and measurable improvements from data-driven tests

Oversee e-commerce operations including product setup, pricing, promotions, and inventory coordination

Efficient, accurate, and profitable management of day-to-day e-commerce operations including promotion execution without errors

Identify & execute opportunities to improve customer experience, retention, and average order value

Develop initiatives that meaningfully enhance the customer lifecycle and drive long-term revenue. Targeted improvements lead to higher lifetime value and stronger brand loyalty

Manage and support the customer service team to ensure all customer communications are consistent with brand voice, tone, and service standards Provide guidance to the team, when needed, to find effective resolutions while maintaining a high-touch customer experience.

Partner closely with the 3PL and internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment execution, inventory alignment, and ongoing cost management

CRM Management

Own CRM strategy across email, SMS, and loyalty programs to drive retention & lifetime value, in conjunction with external agency partner

Responsible for creating and executing the monthly CRM calendar, including ideation, content strategy, copy development, creative production, and deployment, in partnership with agency teams.

Strengthen customer relationships to drive measurable long-term revenue & retention

Build & execute lifecycle marketing campaigns (welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back), in conjunction with external agency partner

Optimize performance of lifecycle campaigns including welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, and win-back flows

Deliver consistent, measurable impact with each campaign across the customer lifecycle

Collaborate with marketing & creative team to ensure CRM messaging is on-brand and compelling

Ensure CRM communications reflect Orebella’s brand voice while simultaneously driving engagement & sales

Analyze CRM performance and optimize based on insights

Continuously improve CRM performance through data-driven optimization, translating insights into measurable improvements across email, SMS, and loyalty programs

Recognize key consumer and cultural insights, applying them to the planning process

Stay up-to-date with competitor programs, industry trends, and CRM best practices

Paid Digital Media Management

Develop and manage paid media strategy, budget, assets, performance, and optimizations across channels, in conjunction with external agency partner

Plan and execute media support for product launches, brand moments, and promotions

Support and drive end-to-end media asset creation across channels, collaborating with internal stakeholders and agency partners to deliver effective creative at scale

Translate effective planning and execution of paid media campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, and brand awareness

Ensure media strategy delivers measurable business impact while supporting broader brand objectives

Ensure paid media budgets are optimized in real time to drive the best possible outcomes for growth and profitability

Emerging Commerce Platform Management

Launch, grow, and optimize TikTok Shop as a viable DTC channel, driving contribution and performance

Build and expand other e-commerce channels, including Amazon, in partnership with external agency teams

Work with agency partner to create a successful new D2C vertical that drives meaningful profitable sales while also building strong brand awareness and purchase intent on other channels

Analyzes sales data, industry trends, and competitive research to identify actionable insights

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

8+ years of e-commerce experience required

Previous Beauty experience is required

Previous start-up experience at a consumer brand is preferred

Confident navigating through fast-paced, competing workstreams

Extensive knowledge of beauty trends and competitive market

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Stellar project management and analytical skills

Strong ability to present insights clearly and effectively

Strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals

Holistic thinking, able to connect the dots across the business

A track record of achieving maximum impact with limited resources

Action-oriented, comfortable “rolling up sleeves”

Base salary: $125k annually
