Join a team of 3 QE engineers using Playwright, Claude Code, and Harness to build the frameworks, tooling, and standards that enable robust automated testing. Evolve and standardize how these tools are used across teams. Aim to achieve DORA Elite performance by empowering engineers, not blocking or testing for them. Work with Ruby on Rails platforms (Rails experience is required). Interface with product and engineering teams daily and participate in the full SDLC. Collaborate with teams to support testing strategy and execution within the development lifecycle. Qualifications
Ruby on Rails experience is required, as most platforms are built on Rails. Background as an SDET with a passion for strategy and bigger thinking, or a web developer who has worked closely with UI testing and is interested in transitioning into a testing role. Ability to interface with product and engineering teams daily and participate in the full SDLC. Additional Information
