
Marketing & Proposal Coordinator
A growing organization in the A/E/C industry is seeking a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator to support proposal development, content creation, and pursuit strategies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, organization, collaboration with pursuit teams, and supporting business development efforts through high-quality marketing materials. Key Responsibilities: Develop Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) and proposal responses tailored to project and client requirements. Write new content and update resumes, project descriptions, and management plans to align with pursuit messaging. Research and gather information needed for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials; edit or rewrite content as needed. Project & Pursuit Support: Use pursuit/project plans to track deadlines, deliverables, and action items for internal teams. Conduct external market research to support pursuit strategies and enhance the team's competitive insights. Maintain a well-organized content library including resumes, project sheets, images, narratives, and past submissions. Marketing Coordination: Coordinate logistics for events, conferences, and trade shows. Assist with CRM data entry and vendor forms as needed. Update resumes, project capsules, and other marketing collateral. Provide proofreading, formatting, and quality-control support across all marketing materials. Maintain team registrations, licenses, memberships, and related documentation. General Responsibilities: Follow organizational guidelines for safety, quality, and project standards. Participate in planning meetings and report any concerns to leadership. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field and at least 2 years of marketing/communications experience OR 6+ years of relevant experience in place of a degree. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite). Strong time-management skills and familiarity with the A/E/C industry. Excellent attention to detail and high quality standards. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Understanding of basic marketing concepts and the project lifecycle. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Preferred: Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) designation. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $31.25/hr.
