Role Overview As
Experiential Development & Projects Manager , you’ll help bring our physical spaces to life across
multiple clubs and markets . This role blends
capital projects ,
special initiatives , and
creative problem‑solving , supporting everything from infrastructure upgrades to imaginative, experience‑driven improvements. You’ll work closely with leadership and operations teams at both Lakeshore and Elite to ensure projects are thoughtfully planned, well executed, and aligned with how our members experience our clubs every day.
